In 2018 I started a therapy Instagram that later filled my caseload when I launched my private practice. At the same time, I grew my personal lifestyle account to over 10,000 followers and did brand deals on the side
When I had my first baby in 2021, I became intensely private and deleted everyone from my personal account, stepping away from lifestyle influencing. Instead, I started a Tiktok account and focused on continuing to grow my professional Instagram account following.

This intensive spans the course of 8 weeks. With weekly meetings, report cards, and a strategy plan, you'll leave ready and able to conquer things on your own.
WEEKLY MEETINGS
We meet weekly to discuss your specific questions and review the topic of the week. I know a lot, but I'm not the only expert. Together, you will help each other.
SMALL COHORT
I'm only choosing 5 of you. This is intentional, so our meetings have enough brains for rich conversation, but not too many that your voice gets lost amongst the herd.
REPORT CARDS
I'm watching the content you create. I'm tracking your growth each week. I'm sending you a report card of what I think you did well and what I think you still need to work on.
CONTENT IDEAS
While I'll pull back the curtain on how I create content and farm ideas, I will also send weekly emails with content ideas that I think would work well for you.
STRATEGY PLAN
At the end of our time together, we create a social media strategy plan that works for *you. So you know what your next moves are going forward.
